REDEVELOPMENT
WRS Inc. has completed the redevelopment of Mayberry Mall with uses and new retailers that will benefit the community and existing businesses.
Originally completed in 1968, The Mayberry Mall totals 207,542 square-feet and is the only enclosed regional mall within a 40 mile radius.
Supported by an expansive trade area, the mall primarily draws its customer base from a five-county region that extends into southern Virginia and contains a population of over 226,624 residents.
The mall redevelopment was completed in the Summer of 2021.
